David Johnston graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1963 with a degree in mining engineering. From 1973 - 1980 Mr. Johnston held the position of manager of operations at the Fording River coal mine. From 1982 – 1989 he was vice president and general manager for Cominco Ltd.’s northern operations group overseeing three operating mines in the Canadian arctic and sub-arctic. During 1990 to 1995, he served as vice president mine operations of Cominco Metals overseeing the Polaris and Magmont underground operations. During his tenure as vice president of mine operations he was responsible for assembling the project and production team that brought the Snip gold mine into production. From 1995 to 1999 Mr. Johnston was president and general manager of Highland Valley Copper Corporation, North America's third largest open pit copper mine.

He is experienced in all levels of exploration and development including mine and mill design, mine construction and operations. Ltd. in 1967, and held a number of various positions over the next 40 years of his career in Canada and abroad. Most recently he was a Geological Consultant with Kaoclay Resources, Halifax, Nova Scotia where he compiled detailed geological assessments of geology and gold resources at the Tangier gold mine. He also instructed prospecting methods at the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources during this time.Mr. Forgeron joined Exall and Southern Star in 2003 as a Senior Geologist and is responsible for the diamond drilling program at the Bruce Channel Discovery.

During his tenure with BHP Billiton, Grant's role was expanded from drill target generation and testing to include supervision of advanced bulk sampling programs. Grant was also involved in the discoveries made at BHP Billiton's Oilaluguq Project near the community of Repulse Bay, Nunavut.

Mr. Brian Maher is an economic geologist with over 27 years of experience in the international mining and exploration industry. Between 1979 and 1982, he worked at various positions for Homestake Mining Company, focusing on integrating new technologies with existing exploration programs and operations. In 1982, Mr. Maher began a 16-year career with ASARCO Inc., initiating, designing and supervising exploration programs for gold and copper deposits throughout North and South America, resulting in the discovery of significant resources. Bob has over 35 years experience as an exploration geologist in the western US, Canada, Alaska, Finland, Sweden, Mexico, and South America, with emphasis on base and precious metals, IOCG deposits, porphyry copper and molybdenum in a variety of geologic environments. He is credited with the initial discovery and development of the Jerritt Canyon district in Nevada and the discovery of the Richmond Hill gold deposit in South Dakota. He has participated in all roles and phases of exploration including field geologist, project management, consulting, and VP of exploration. Bob was educated at the Idaho State University, receiving his B.Sc. (Geology) in 1971 and his M.Sc. (Geology) in 1973. He started out his geology career with FMC Corporation in 1969, later moving on to Freeport McMoran where he worked for 14 years in a variety of roles including Senior project Manager, Senior Geologist, and District Exploration Manager. He has also worked with Independence Mining Company as and Exploration Manager, and with Cobre Mining Company, Metallic Ventures, and American Bonanza Gold Corp. as the VP of Exploration. He has also acted as a geological consultant to United Bolero Development Corp. and Northland Resources. Bob has written a number of publications that have been published in industry journals, including articles on disseminated gold deposits and porphyry copper deposits.

Michel's most recent employment has been as Director of Geology for SEMAFO Inc in West Africa. In addition he has worked on construction and opening of a gold mine in Guinea and also in Niger. Earlier in his career, he worked for Placer Dome as Chief Geologist at Kiena and Sigma Mines in Val-d'Or, Quebec and also for Falconbridge where he worked as Chief Geologist on the discovery and development of the Lac Shortt gold Mine.
